If you are an active or former user of our services, you may request to have your data removed from all of our systems. We will comply with that request in accordance with all applicable laws.

To submit a request to have your data removed, email us at info@donneapp.com.

Please make the subject: “Data removal request.”

You should send the email from the email account associated with your Donne user account. Please also include your full name and a statement specifying your request to have your data removed.

We will remove all personally identifying information (name, email, phone, etc.), all posts and messages that you have shared, and all images that you have uploaded.
